Précisions

L'église Saint-Christophe se trouve derrière le Ducal, de l'autre coté de la voie ferrée. A partir du haut du grand escalier, entre Ducal et Commodore, traverser l'avenue de la Batterie, puis la route, aux feux, et passer sous le petit pont de la voie ferrée. Marcher encore une cinquantaine de mètres, puis tourner à droite dans le parking : l'église est au fond à gauche, coincée entre route et chemin de fer, dans un espace que la troisième voie ferrée va encore réduire.

Resolutions to be submitted at the 2008 Ordinary Meetings

First Resolution:

As allowed by the statutes of AFU, the Association of Co-owners of ...(Amiral, Baronnet, Commodore or Ducal) deciide to rever to the previous mode of management of AFU in force until 2000, in which the President of AFU is appointed by members of the Co-owners' Association-the ad hoc delegates- but is not one of them: this professional management agent will be responsible for the presidency, the accounts and the administrative work of AFU. The powers of decision-making will remain

with the ad hoc delegates through their votes in General Meetings with the majorities defined

in the statutes according to the nature of the decisions to be made.

Second Resolution:

Marina being a private property, the Main Co-owners' Association of .., decide to control access to the Croisette by means of retractable bollards monitored by CCTV, activated from the Reception Office of each Residence.

Access will remain open at all times for emergency vehicles and will be possible from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. for deliveries.

For the execution of the work, a budget of up to € 120000 inclusive is decided, the share for our Residence being ... % (depends of the residence, exemple: Ducal = 38.46%).
